a SHARP Management Manual <br /> 4gQso�'� Former Tracy MGP Project Safety Plan(PSP) <br /> i <br /> CORPORATE POLICY <br /> Workplace Health &Na—fe—ty <br /> RESPONSIBILITIES: (cont'd.) <br /> • Ensure that the applicable health and safety requirements at each domestic and international <br /> project facility are effectively integrated with the preparation of proposals,project planiung, <br /> and project execution. <br /> • Monitor subcontractor safety performance in accordance with contract specifications as <br /> required by the contract with client. <br /> • Ensure that safety information and statistics are reported to Parsons Corporate Safety <br /> Manager on a consistent and regular basis,as shown in Appendix.1.SafeUMonthlyReport. <br /> Parsons Corporate Safety personnel are responsible to: <br /> • Develop, communicate, and oversee Parsons health and safety programs at all Parsons <br /> business units. <br /> • Provide assistance to Parsons business unit managers regarding health and safety regulations, <br /> reporting requirements,safety training,and other related issues. <br /> • Monitor the effectiveness of Parsons health and safety programs, conduct investigations, <br /> develop OSHA reporting and worker's compensation claim procedures. <br /> • Collect and maintain safety information and statistics for all Parsons business units and <br /> operations, as shown in corporate policy Workplace Health and Safety, Appendix.2, OSHA <br /> Safety and Health Statistics. <br /> • Keep senior management informed of significant internal and external developments <br /> regarding health and safety. <br /> Parsons employees are responsible to: <br /> • Exercise maximum appropriate care and good judgment at all times regarding health and <br /> safety,and adhere to safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries. <br /> • Promptly report all accidents and injuries to supervisory personnel. <br /> • Promptly report any near misses, unsafe conditions, equipment, or practices to supervisory <br /> personnel. <br /> 2of3 <br /> 7ne Company may change,rescind or add to any policies,benefits or practices described on the PWEB,other than employment- <br /> at-will policies,from time to time in its sale and absolute discretion with or without prior notice. 7ne Company will advise <br /> employees ofmaterial changes within a reasonable time. <br /> 2 <br />
