TENTATIVE WASTE TCHARGE REQUIREMENTS ORDER NO._ 13- <br /> WASTE DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS <br /> FOR CLOSURE,POST CLOSURE AND CORRECTIVE ACTION OF SURFACE <br /> IMPOUNDMENTS AT KRUGER FOODS,INC -SMS BRINERS VEGETABLE BRINING <br /> FACILITY SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> d. Evaluation Monitoring Program <br /> i. The Discharger shall submit an amended report of 8 October 2004 <br /> waste discharge that complies with Sections <br /> 20420(k)(5) and 20425 of Title 27. This report <br /> shall present all data associated with defining the <br /> nature and extent of the releases from the North <br /> and South Ponds. This assessment shall include a <br /> determination of the vertical and lateral <br /> distribution and concentration of each COC <br /> throughout the zone affected by the release. The <br /> limit shall be defined by the established water <br /> quality protection standard for each zone as <br /> presented in Finding 25 of this Order. <br /> e. Corrective Action Monitoring Program <br /> i. The Discharger shall implement corrective action 15 December 2004 <br /> measures to ensure that the Water Quality <br /> Protection Standards defined in Finding 25 are <br /> achieved at all Monitoring Points and throughout <br /> the zone effected by the release. <br /> ii. The Discharger shall establish and implement a 15 December 2004 <br /> water quality monitoring program to demonstrate <br /> the effectiveness of the corrective action program. <br /> Such a monitoring program can be based on the <br /> requirements for an evaluation monitoring <br /> program (under 520425), and shall be effective in <br /> determining compliance with the Water Quality <br /> Protection Standard in Finding 25. <br /> iii. The Discharger shall submit semi-annual progress January 31" and June 30' <br /> reports, on the effectiveness of the corrective each year <br /> action program. <br />
