Hazelton Avenue <br /> Stockton, CA 95201 <br /> APPROVAL OF MONITORING WELL #1 REPLACEMENT, SMS BRINERS, STOC%TON, SAN <br /> JOAQUIN COUNTY (CASE# 2894) <br /> We have reviewed the 10 August 1993 monitoring well replacement proposal submitted by Luhdorff <br /> & Scalmanini on behalf of SMS Briners. The existing two inch steel monitoring well will be <br /> removed and replaced with a six inch PVC monitoring well in the same borehole. The new larger <br /> diameter PVC monitoring well will allow SMS Briners to install sampling equipment in the well. <br /> The new well will be screened from 153 to 163 feet depth.
