As part of this investigation,it is <br /> necessary to assess ground-water conditions to the south(shop area)and southwest(near <br /> MW4A/4B)of the Briner's facilities on your property. We appreciate your cooperation in <br /> allowing cone penetrometer test(CPT)borings to he located and subsequently abandoned <br /> with cement gout on portions of your property located south and southwest of the <br /> Briner's facility_ The locations of these borings will not be located on existing property <br /> being farmed. <br /> As part of the permit requirements of San Joaquin County to conduct this investigation, <br /> this access agreement signed by you allowing SMS Briner's subcontractors to access <br /> your property to conduct this investigation is required.
