The Screening HRA was prepared on behalf of <br /> Chevron Pipe Line Company (CPL) and Texaco Trading.and Transportation, Inc. (TTTI)by . <br /> Geomatrix Consultants, Inc. (Geomatrix). This.Screening HRA evaluates the potential human <br /> health risks associated with the petroleum hydrocarbons present in the subsurface at the Dividend <br /> property. The results.of the Screening HRA show that potential exposure to soil and <br /> groundwater impacted wth,the petroleum hydrocarbons at the Dividend property (weathered <br /> crude.and Bunker C fuel,oil) does not pose an unacceptable risk to human-health. <br /> The Screening HRA was prepared in accordance-with Geomatrix's "Work Plan for Screening <br /> Health Risk Assessment",.dated July 13, 11994.
