(CNLRS), Krazan &Associates, Inc. (Krazan), <br /> hereby requests that the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division (SJCEHD) grant"no further <br /> action" status for the subject site in the form of a letter to CNLRS. This request is based on the <br /> information provided below and in the attachments to this letter and that the intended future use of the <br /> subject site will be as a paved parking lot. As suggested by the SJCEHD, this request includes a <br /> summary of previous investigations conducted at the Tracy Market Place property (a.k.a. Dividend <br /> Property), located at Grantline Road and Interstate Route 205 in Tracy, California, related to a former <br /> underground storage tank(UST)that was removed from the subject site in 1989. <br /> Site Background <br /> During the course of Krazan's Phase I Environmental Site Assessment(ESA), conducted in March 2000, <br /> it was discovered that a portion of a dairy farm was previously located on the subject site and that one <br /> UST associated with the former dairy farm had been removed from the site. According to a Site History <br /> report, dated June 1, 1989 (Attachment 1), by Harlan Miller Tait Associates, the UST was used for <br /> fueling farm equipment. An unsealed site drawing, dated June 9, 1989 (Attachment 2), identifies several <br /> buildings and the UST that appeared to be associated with the former dairy. <br /> According to a Site History Chemical Analysis report prepared by H&H Environmental Services (H&H), <br /> dated December 11, 1989 (Attachment 3), one 500-gallon UST was removed from the subject site on <br /> 123 Commerce CircIe•Sacramento, California 95815+(916) 564-2200• FAX(916)564-2222 <br /> Willi Ten Offices Serving the Western United States <br /> 3400009Jtr <br />
