TRACY
Greg,
I checked the file. YES, there are at least two reports in the file. Both from Geomatrix, San
Francisco.
-The first is too large for me to PDF to you. It's a Feb 17, 1999, "Soil and Groundwater Investigation
Report and Site Closure Request" for three soil borings advanced to 15' bgs placed on the "Bryon
Road" side of parcel 209-270-26 in October 1998 under an EHD boring permit. One boring had a
grab gw sample collected. Some low level PNAs and TPHc were detected in one boring only. No
TPHc, BTEX, TPHg, or PAHs were detected in the grab gw sample. I issued the No Furhter
Investigation required letter you already have.
- the second report is the "Soil Management Plan" dated August 1999. It too is too large for me to
PDF to you.
You'll need one of the following:
1-appoint with me before Aug 1 for $122/hour to see them, 2-appoint with me AFTER July 31 for
$125/hour to see them or, 3-call 468-0339, ask for Cheryl Field. Tell her you already submitted a
Public Records Form and Infurna won't do it for free....she'll set up an apt with you to view the file
after I give her the form you signed.
Mike Infurna
SJCEHD
209-468-3454.
-----Original Message-----
From: G Stahl [mailto:gstahl@groundzeroanalysis.com]
Sent: Monday, July 25, 2011 11:41 AM
To: Mike Infurna [EH]
Subject: DOBLER PROPERTY, 13588 GRANTLINE RD. TRACY
Mike: I've attached a pdf of the file review request and also a copy of the 1999 NFA letter. We are
reviewing all the soil and groundwater data on this site and the Mansfield, Dividend, Catellus etc. in
anticipation of annexation and development of the property. It looks to me like the Dobler
investigation was never referred to RWQCB or DTSC. If you have any info on boring locations, lab
results, etc. it would be very helpful.
Thanks,
Greg Stahl
Ground Zero Analysis
(209) 838-9888
