The purpose of the monitoring wells will be to obtain groundwater <br /> elevation, gradient, and flow direction data, and to collect groundwater samples to <br /> t identify baseline water quality parameters. The data will be used by the civil <br /> engineering contractor and landscape engineer to determine design parameters for <br /> the detention basin and selection of plants best suited for the quality of water <br /> encountered. The site location, preliminary location of the detention basin, and <br /> proposed well locations are shown on Figure 1. Three of the four proposed wells <br /> are located on San Joaquin County Assessor's Parcel Number(APN) 209-060-031 <br /> at 19855 West Grant Line Road and the fourth well is located on APN 209-060- <br /> 011 at 19300 West Grant Line Road.
