A copy of the Waste Hauler Manifest is included as Appendix C. <br /> VISUAL INSPECTION OF SEPTIC SYSTEMS <br /> Once the septic tanks were emptied and rinsed,Ms.Margaret Lagorio of SJCEHD inspected each tank <br /> in the two separate systems to determine serviceability of each septic system.
