Analytical data for all sampling events are summarized <br /> on Table 1. <br /> Site Background <br /> Monitoring wells MW-1 and P-2 were constructed by BAI on February 27, 1991 as <br /> part of a soil and groundwater investigation in the vicinity of an former <br /> underground storage tank containing diesel MW-1 is a four-inch diameter well <br /> screened in the upper water bearing zone from a depth of 7 0 to 17 feet P-2 is a two- <br /> inch diameter monitoring well screened in the upper water bearing zone from a <br /> depth of 6 0 to 16 feet Additionally, as part of the soil and groundwater <br /> investigation piezometer P-1 was installed at the site on February 27, 1991. <br /> On the basis of this investigation, remedial soil excavation was initiated during the <br /> week of December 9, 1991 as described in the Workplan for Remedial Excavation <br /> dated October 24, 1992 The remedial excavation is documented in a report dated <br /> • February 17, 1992.
