Please note that an updated
site map was not included. PHS/EHD was provided with a site map indicating that
the proposed wells are to be installed to be in the supposed downgradient
direction, northeast. However, please note that in order to determine that
groundwater has not been impacted, it is necessary to have monitoring data from a
well within 10 feet of the former tank pit, in a verified downgradient location.
Enclosed is permit #8126. Please notify PHS/EHD at least two working days prior
to initiating the proposed field work, so that an inspection can be scheduled.
I.
If you have any questions, please contact Mary Meays, at (209) 468-0337.
Donna Heran, RENS, Director t
Environmental Health —ision
Mary Meays, Senior REHS Diane M.
