These levels do not __- exceed the California DHS action levels. Clayton concludes that the presence Of hydrocarbons in MW-3 are almost certainly caused by the presence of the US'C -- Pesticides and PCBs were below detection limits in all three wells. • Groundwater depths range from appro�mately 8 to 10.5 feet bgs in the wells. The groundwater flow direction is almost directly north. Groundwater is 0.3 gradient ft/100 ft. • Kaprealian Engineeiing, Inc.installed a groundwater monitoring well near the former location of the UST in 1986. Groundwater was analyzed for gasoline, benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, and xylene but none of these compounds were detected.
