Pursuant to this conversation, a comprehensively <br /> complete report may provide CVRWQCB with the details necessary for <br /> closure evaluation. Much of the missing data was included in <br /> letters of correspondence., between Public Health Services, <br /> Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD) !and Clayton Environmental. <br /> The CVRWQCB prefers details pertainingto site activities (i.e. <br /> sampling, over-excavation, 'soil aeration) be contained in a <br /> comprehensive closure report. <br /> The comprehensive closure report should be submitted to PHS/EHD and } <br /> CVRWQCB for concurrent evaluation.
