The borehole installation was observed by Ms. Hinson. <br /> F„v <br /> Borehole locations were selected to better define the extent of shallow soil <br /> contaminationja the vicinity oUmonitoring well MW-3B and the leach lune from <br /> t former septic tank #1 (Figure 5). This septic tank was removed by Clayton on August <br /> � 17, 1990. <br /> Ck <br /> Soil samples were collected from 4 feet and 9 feet bgs.
