City staff appreciated the <br /> opportunity to discuss your application with you directly. <br /> The Committee had the following comments: <br /> 1. The Public Works Department requires that a NPDES Permit <br /> be obtained, and a backflow prevention device be installed. <br /> Contact Mark Thrailkill of the Public Works Department at <br /> (209 ) 836-2665 for a list of their conditions. <br /> 2 . The Building Division requires engineering calculations <br /> for the wall and plans should be wet stamped. <br /> 3 . The Fire Department requested the <br /> number <br /> hut dof an <br /> emergency contact erson. Also, p emergency <br /> instructions on the equipment. <br /> 4 . A storm drainage fee shall be paid as part of the monthly <br /> utility bill assessed to the subject property commencing on <br /> the first day of operation of the system. <br /> S . The height of the wall should completely screen the <br /> tanks and pumps and other accessory equipment to the system. <br /> Also, the proposed enclosure should be aligned with the <br /> front of the trash enclosure. <br /> 6.
