The results of two initial phases of our investigation <br /> at this site have been presented in reports dated February;10, 1987, and April <br /> 28, 1987. These results indicate that gasoline has migrated downgradient <br /> J (northeast) of the present tank location (see Site Plan, Pias :}: Dissolved 1 <br /> benzene, toluene, and xylenes (BTX) have been enc of 'Yedl MW 1 and !3 <br /> in the soils at Borings P-1 and P-2. We have not confirmed the source of the ! <br /> dissolved gasoline: BTX in the ground water in MW-I could be from the ' <br /> unleaded gasoline tank that leaked (see Underground Storage Tank <br /> Unauthorized <br /> Rciease, November 5, 1986) or from product spilled intolite dry well. <br /> We propose-to <br /> propose_to perform additional site investigations to accomplish thefollow;n <br /> ; . <br /> h <br /> !: .
