The surface at each well location will be restored to match <br /> existing conditions. <br /> Investigation Derived Waste <br /> Waste material from subsurface sources, generated during well destruction activities including soil <br /> cuttings and well debris will be placed in California Department of Transportation-approved 55-gallon <br /> drums or roll-off bins. The drums will be appropriately labeled and temporarily stored on site pending <br /> characterization and disposal. The drums will be removed by an approved disposal contractor and <br /> transferred to an appropriate disposal facility. Waste material from surface sources, such as asphalt, <br /> concrete, well boxes and former system components shall be treated as construction debris and disposed <br /> of as such. Where available, construction debris will be recycled. <br /> Reporting and Schedule <br /> Arcadis is prepared to initiate field work after receipt of all necessary approvals and permits. Based on the <br /> access agreement between EMC and the property owner(Target Corporation), no field work can be <br /> conducted between November 1St and January 101h.
