The well box will be removed and the five foot <br /> void space will then be filled with neat cement grout and capped with one foot of concrete to <br /> match existing grade. <br /> Offsite groundwater monitoring wells (MW-5V, MW-8, and MW-9) will be pressure grouted using <br /> neat cement grout from total depth to surface and each well will be over-drilled to approximately <br /> five feet below grade surface using a hollow-stem auger. The well box will be removed and the <br /> five foot void space will then be filled with neat;cement grout. A two foot by two foot section of <br /> asphalt will be removed surrounding MW-5V and replaced with a 6-inch thick hot asphalt patch <br /> compacted to match existing grade, per requirements by the City of Tracy Development and <br /> Engineering Services. MW-8 and MW-9 will be capped with one foot of concrete to match <br /> existing grade. ` <br /> f <br />
