(7- <br /> Eleven) regarding 7-Eleven Store Number 32262 located at 2360 West Grant Line Road in Tracy, <br /> California. 'This letter-has been prepared in response to the San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> I Health Department (SJCEHD) letter (attached) dated April 28, 2009 and received by Stantec on <br /> April 29, 2009. <br /> As you are aware, the April 291" letter from the SJCEHD requested the submittal of a formal closure <br /> report for the site including all of the requirements listed in the Tri-Regional Board Guidelines <br /> Appendix A checklist. You also specifically requested (amoung others) the inclusion of a <br /> discusison regarding potential.threat from vapor intrusion. <br /> Stantec has initiated-'the requested report, and based on our review so far, is confident this site will <br /> meet the California Regional Water Quality Control Board requriements for site closure. However, <br /> in order to ensure the closure report is as complete and comprehensive as possible, an extension <br /> to the report due date will be required. Specifically, the inclusion of the vapor risk discussion <br /> requires some additionaltime to evaluate -the historical site data and generate accurate <br /> conclusions. <br /> Therefore, Stantec respectfully requests an extension of the report submittal due date to Friday, <br /> August 14, 2009. <br /> If this date is acceptable to the SJCEHD, please respond accordingly. <br /> 1 <br />
