Per the Tri-Regional Board Staff Recommendations <br /> for Preliminary Investigation and Evaluation of Underground Tank Sites, Appendix A- <br /> Reports, and California Code of Regulations Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 16, all reports <br /> of work at contaminated underground storage tanks sites are to include proposals for <br /> continuing or next phase of investigation necessary and time schedules for completion of <br /> the site investigation and remediation. <br /> Please submit the missing parts of the study no later than December 30, 2005 so that <br /> review of the document can be completed.
