AF <br /> J" <br /> File j No. 93342-TR Page 2 <br /> -- UNDERGROUND TANK REMOVAL <br /> 2420 GRANTLINE ROAD <br /> TRACY, CALIFORNIA <br /> r-- <br /> f <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> On June 30, 1993 Walton Engineering, a licensed 'general engineering contractor has <br /> engaged in the tank removal operation at the subject property located at 2420 Grantline <br /> Road in Tracy, California. Walton Engineering was contracted to remove three <br /> underground steel storage tanks (two 7500 gallon, and one 5000 gallon). The 7500 tanks <br /> were utilized to hold Ieaded and unleaded ,gasoline and the 5000 gallon tank used to hold . <br /> preminum unleaded gasoline. <br /> L . <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> The following items were contracted to Walton EnUineerin : <br /> g <br /> L-' 1. Obtain appropriate permits from all agencies for the removal and disposal of the <br /> subject underground storage tanks. <br /> 2. Provide for the excavation and removal of the tank and piping. <br /> 3. Provide pumping and rinsing of the residuals left in the tank. <br /> L4.
