PHS/EHD has prepared the following comments for <br /> your consideration. <br /> The report included the analytical results of soil samples collected on June 21, 1994 during <br /> the installation of monitoring wells, MW2 and MM. Soil contamination was detected during <br /> the installation of MW2. The report failed to include any recommendations or conclusions. <br /> Recommendations and Conclusions shall be submitted in all future reports submitted to <br /> PHS/EHD and the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board. Please refer to <br /> Annendix A. Reports of the Tri-Regional Recommendations dated August 30, 1991 for <br /> further description of information which should be included in reports. <br /> Once the results of the August 16, 1994 groundwater sampling event are submitted, along <br /> with a summary of the prior investigations in the third quarterly report due October 17, 1994 <br /> PHS/EHD will determine when a corrective action plan shall be submitted as required by the <br /> California Code of Regulations Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 16, Article 11. <br /> If you have any questions or comments, please contact Mary Meays at (209) 468-0337. <br /> Donna Heran, REHS, Director <br /> Environmental Health Division <br /> Mary Meays, Senior REHS Diane M.
