As recommended by your consultant, two <br /> additional monitoring wells should be.installed. In order to determine the placement of these wells the <br /> location of the former tank and piping needs to be identified, In addition,a survey of wells within 2X0 feet <br /> of the site should be conducted to determine potential gradient influences. <br /> After obtaining this information a work plan or a request to do further work under the previous work plan <br /> should be submitted to PHSIEHD along with a permit application and$89 permit fee. <br /> The detection limit shown for the groundwater sample on the Cleo-Monitor, Inc. laboratory sheet is 5 uglL <br /> The detection limit should be .5 ug/l. If this data sheet is in error please submit a corrected copy. US ugA <br /> was the detection limit used, please use .5 u&4 in the future. <br /> PHS/EHD has not been provided names and addresses of additional responsible parties as 0scussed in our <br /> March 25, 1993 letter.
