Normally, this agency <br /> would oversee an investigation and cleanup of pollution which threatens to <br /> degrade waters of the state. However, because of severe staff and funding <br /> shortfalls, we will be unable to provide technical oversight of your case at <br /> this time. Enclosed is a copy of State Board Resolution 92-49, which provides <br /> general guidance for cleanup of sites subject to Mater Code Section 13304. <br /> This may assist you in proceeding with your cleanup. <br /> Even though we will not be overseeing your investigation and cleanup, we want <br /> to maintain a case file and be kept informed of your progress. Therefore, <br /> please provide this office with copies of all letters and reports concerning <br /> the cleanup work at your site.
