'Cite letter should be sent to DVI., Cwdo}, <br /> Boggs, with a courtesy copy to Seth 'Thayer, at the Regional Board, and a copy to. <br /> Diane Hinson, of the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. <br /> Mie Petrig brothers, who are the former owners, have mored me that the,tank <br /> was removed years ago. Since no tank exists, the site Ms under the jurisdiction of the <br /> Regional Board; however, any drilling, or excavation activities require permits and <br /> notification to San loagiuin County Environmental Health Department. <br /> There is not enough information available for us to give you a quote on what the <br /> tntai cm of the clew up might be_ However, T will be happy to meet with you to eiz- <br /> cuss your options, as veil as your potential Costs. <br />
