The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been addressed for NAGLEE BURK IRRIGATION DIST as of March 19, 2020. Open violations from December 06, 2019 inspection Violation #9 - Failed to annually review and certify that the business plan is complete, accurate, and up to date. The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) annually. Only the facility section was last submitted on 1/14/2015. Please submit the facility, inventory, and plans section for 2015. The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: Violation #11 - Failed to provide or document initial and/or refresher training to appropriate personnel. Employee training records were not available for review at time of inspection. The business plan shall include provisions for ensuring that appropriate personnel receive initial and annual refresher training. All employees shall be trained in safety procedures in the event of a release or threatened release of a hazardous material, including, but not limited to, familiarity with the following plans and procedures: (A) Immediate notification contacts to the appropriate local emergency response personnel and to the unified program agency. (B) Procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to persons, property, or the environment (C) Evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice, for the business site. This training shall be documented electronically or by hard copy and shall be made available for a minimum of three years. Immediately provide employee training for appropriate personnel and submit a copy of the training records to the EHD. ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: Violation #12 - Failed to have the business plan readily available to facility or EHD personnel. Facility could not provide the Emergency Response Plan and the Chemical inventory upon request. The emergency response plans and procedures, the inventory of information required by this article, and the site map required by this section shall be readily available to personnel of the business or the unified program facility with responsibilities for emergency response or training pursuant to this section.
