Provide a copy of the consolidated manifest receipts and a corrective action <br /> statement to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 119 HSC 25404(e)(4) Failed to report program data in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). <br /> OBSERVATION: This business's hazardous waste activities have not been reported on the California Electronic <br /> Reporting System (CERS)website. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Each regulated business shall report program data electronically on the CERS <br /> website. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately report your business activities including the hazardous waste program on the <br /> CERS website. Provide a corrective action statement to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> within 30 days. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 301 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Facility not maintained to minimize the release of a hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: The following were observed behind a red trailer adjacent to maintenance shack: <br /> -Three used metal oil filters observed on the ground near drums with used metal oil filters. <br /> Note: Owner states that he will manage all used metal oil filters as hazardous waste. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A hazardous waste generator must maintain and operate its facility to minimize the <br /> possibility of a fire, explosion, or any unplanned sudden or non-sudden release of hazardous waste or hazardous <br /> waste constituents to air, soil, or surface water which could threaten human health or the environment. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately remove used metal oil filters from ground and manage the waste according to <br /> Title 22 California Code of Regulations for hazardous waste.
