The containers <br /> were observed in the hazardous waste storage area: <br /> -Three 55 gallon drums with used metal oil filters observed with no hazardous waste labels. Note: Owner states that <br /> he will manage all used metal oil filters as hazardous waste. <br /> -Two black 55 gallon drums with used oil observed with no hazardous waste labels. <br /> -One white 55 gallon drum with used antifreeze observed with no hazardous waste label. <br /> The following were observed behind red trailer adjacent to maintenance shack: <br /> -Two 15 gallon drums with used metal oil filters observed with no hazardous waste labels. <br /> -Two 55 gallon drums with used metal oil filters observed with no hazardous waste labels. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br /> words"Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br /> (contents), accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste.
