(PACIFIC) on behalf <br /> of Chevron U.S.A. Pro ducts''Cofnpany (Chevron), presents the results of a soil and <br /> groundwater investigation at,the site referenced above (Figures 1 and 2). The1purpose <br /> of this investigation was to investigate if petroleum hydrocarbons are present in soil and <br /> 0. <br /> groundwater beneath the'site. The results of an off-site data search are <br /> presented:as Attachment C. <br /> a <br />' SITE BACKGROUND!l <br /> 3 <br /> The.subject site is an operating Chevron service station located at 236 North Ham Lane <br /> rr at West Lockford Street in Lodi;' San Joaquin County, California. The service'';Istation <br /> I; facilities were constructed in,'1969. The site is located on an essentially flat parcel at an <br /> r elevation of approximately 45 feet above mean sea level (MSL). Land use in the site <br /> vicinity is primarily commercial and residential.
