To advance a Cone Penetration Test (CTP) boring on-site to approximately 120 feet <br /> bgs. To collect subsurface soil and ground water samples to determine the vertical <br /> extent of contamination on-site. The CPT will be completed in the area of existing MW- <br /> 5. <br /> 2. To install three additional off-site monitoring wells (MWs) to approximately 60 feet bgs to <br /> define the lateral extent of contamination to the west, the north, and the east of your <br /> site. <br /> 3. To collect soil samples from each boring for analysis prior to well installation and after <br /> MW development collect ground water samples for analysis. <br /> 4. The soil and ground water samples will be analyzed for: TPH-d, TPH-g, BTEX, MTBE, <br /> DIPE, ETBE, TAME, TBA, 1,2DCA, EDB, ethanol, and total lead. <br /> 5. The MWs will be surveyed after installation. <br /> 6. A site investigation report will be prepared by Delta and submitted with 60 days to the <br /> EHD, the CVRWQCB, and uploaded to the State Geotracker database. <br /> COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. Please complete and submit EHD MW permit applications and fees ($89.00 ea.) for <br /> each of the individual parcels were the proposed installations are to be completed. <br /> 2.
