Consent for inspection, sampling, and <br /> photographs was granted by Mr. Steven Sasson, Assistant Hazardous Materials Specialist of California <br /> Health Care Facility (CHCF). The inspection was conducted by Mr. Raymond von Flue and Ms. Elena <br /> Manzo, of the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD). During the inspection, the <br /> EHD inspectors were accompanied by Mr. Steven Sasson. A site walk-through was conducted on <br /> September 4, 2014 and on September 9, 2014; a checklist of findings was provided at the end of each <br /> inspection day.
