This letter is being <br /> submitted in response to the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board's (RWQCB) <br /> February 2,2010 letter and Shell's February 23,2010 meeting with RWQCB staff. This meeting <br /> was held at the RWQCB's Rancho Cordova,California office. The meeting participants <br /> included Joe Lentini and Shailendra Ganna of Shell,Jeff Gaarder of CRA,and Wendy Cohen, <br /> Nathan Casebeer,and Brian Taylor of the RWQCB. The following topics were discussed during <br /> the meeting; (1) site background and conditions, (2) updated receptor survey findings, and(3) <br /> the RWQCB's February 2,2010 letter to Shell. <br /> The RWQCB's February 2,2010 letter provided comments on the following documents: <br /> November 6,2009 Risk Assessment Scope of Work(RA Work Plan),October 15,2009 Monitoring <br /> Well Work Plan,and January 21,2010 Work Plan Addendum. <br /> The following is in response to RWQCB's comments: <br /> 1.
