The work plan was dated June 26, 2006 <br /> and this permit is limited to THIS work plan or a revision approved by the Central Valley Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board (CVRWQCB). In addition, this permit is limited to ONLY the C-57 listed on the permit and the <br /> permit is good to only July 11, 2007, assuming no change in the work plan, parcel, or driller. <br /> Chances are I will NOT inspect these CPT installations. Not much for me/EHD to see for grouting CPTs, <br /> especially if the grout collar is used. As a cost savings to you by NOT conducting a field inspection, please have <br /> your field tech CALL me end of EACH day for this phase. My office phone voice mail is 24/7, (209-468-3454)and <br /> a message should be left advising me of the following: <br /> -accomplishments of the day(two CPTs installed, only one to x' bgs, problems, rained out, stuck in mud, etc) <br /> -name and depth of CPT installed <br /> -plans for tomorrow/next day <br /> -change in boring/drilling contractors or methods. <br /> -anything important. <br /> Oh, and tell Michael that looks like Monika may have been his LAST chance.....he'll know what I mean. <br /> From: Sobieraj, Justin J.
