Clayton <br /> proposes to install two (2) soil borings to an approximate depth of 130 feet below grade <br /> to collect additional soil and groundwater data using a CPT drill rig. <br /> The proposed drilling activities are located on two different parcels of land that are <br /> owned by the same property owner. Please find enclosed two checks each in the amount <br /> of$89.00 (one for each parcel),well permit application form and the licensed contractors <br /> declaration, as requested. Clayton anticipates drilling at the site to commence on <br /> Wednesday, June 22, 2005 upon receipt of the well permit.
