Winston#163 <br /> Stockton,CA <br /> ' August S,2002 <br /> 10.0 PHASE I III CONCLUSIONS <br /> ' SECOR has performed a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment in conformance with the scope and <br /> limitations of ASTM Practice E 1527-00 and a limited Phase H subsurface investigation of the Winston Tire <br /> Store 4183, located at 1648 East Hammer Lane, in Stockton, San Joaquin County, California. <br /> ' The following recognized environmental conditions were identified during the performance of the Phase I <br /> ESA: <br /> ' An OWS was noted along the southern wall of the Site building The OWS receives discharge <br /> from floor drains and,in turn,discharges to the sanitary sewer. Given the OWS is more than 10 <br /> years in age and in accordance with Goodyear Combined Phase land Phase II Environmental Site <br /> Assessment Specificatior; the OWS is considered a recognized environmental condition. <br /> No constituents were detected above the method detection limit for the soil samples submitted to the analytical <br /> laboratory for analysis of TPH DRO/ORO/GRO,and VOCs including fuel oxygenates.
