Chapter 15 (SC15) is still an on-going
regulatory program and information is updated periodically. The WMUDS System
contains information from the following agency databases: Facility, Waste
Management Unit (WMU) , Waste Discharger System (WDS) , SWAT, Chapter 15, TPCA,
RCRA, Inspections, Violations, and Enforcement's.
• Notes Regarding SWAT Ranks 1-5
In a 1993 Memorandum of Understanding, the State Water Resources Control Board
agreed to submit a comprehensive report on the Solid Waste Assessment Test
(SWAT) Program to the California Integrated Waste Management Board.
