I <br /> discussed this work plan with Mr. James Grasty of GTI and we <br /> agreed on a minor change in the location of one of the proposed <br /> monitoring wells (see enclosed map) . <br /> We find the revised work plan acceptable. Necessary permits to <br /> conduct the work are to be issued by the San Joaquin Local Health <br /> District (SJLHD) . The PAR is to be prepared in the format <br /> specified in the Regional Board Staff Recommendations for Initial <br /> Evaluation and Investigation. of Underground Tanks, Appendix A, <br /> pages A-9 through A-11 (enclosed) . The PAF. .is to be completed <br /> and submitted to us and the SJLHD by 3 March 1989 . <br /> Following our 5 December 1988 telephone conversation, I discussed <br /> your Soil Remediation Proposal (SRS) time schedule with <br /> Mr. Grasty. We agreed that you have sufficient information to <br /> develop the SRP and because ground water levels are low, it <br /> should be developed on the original time schedule for submittal <br /> to us and the SJLHD by 30 December 1988.
