Boggs, <br /> We have been advised that one of our monitoring wells is <br /> cooDletely dry, and the others are very low. <br /> We are unable to proceed with testing our monitoring wells <br /> and issuing a PAR. <br /> We have asked Groundwater Technology not to proceed with <br /> testing our wells and not to proceed with the PAR until we have <br /> water to test. <br /> We have given up on any plans to build a service station until <br /> any possible contamination problens are resolved. <br /> Please advise if thes does not meet with your approval. <br /> KNOWLES <br /> CCs San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Dist. <br />
