Recommendation: <br /> In March 2008, the Fund made the following recommendation: The Fund <br /> recommends that the San Joaquin County LOP should review the Work Plan to <br /> replace MW-5, to be destroyed due to roadwork, and to conduct quarterly <br /> groundwater monitoring for a full hydrologic cycle to assess the need to conduct <br /> active remediation. The Fund will review this site next year to track progress. <br /> UPDATED, March 2009: The Fund recommends that the San Joaquin County <br /> LOP direct the Responsible Party to assess remedial technologies and to <br /> implement active remediation to achieve Water Quality Objectives in a timely <br /> manner.
