Woodward-Clyde
5.0
UNCERTAINTIES AND LIMITATIONS
This report describes our interpretation of the data collected during the field investigation on
May 25 through June 22, 1995. The investigation was limited to evaluating the extent of
subsurface petroleum hydrocarbon contamination emanating from the area of the former UST:
at 5451 East Harding Way, Stockton, California. Our interpretation and conclusions
concerning these data are limited by the degree to which the samples collected are
representative of actual site conditions.
Soil conditions and the behavior of contaminants in the subsurface are highly variable in
1.. nature. The results obtained in this investigation are based upon limited sampling and
ranalyses. The services we provided and the judgements we rendered on this project are
'-° presented within the limits prescribed by the client and meet current professional standards
at the time of the investigation was performed. No other warranty or'guarantee is either
expressed or implied.
L
Ld
L
C
L
C1
L
ri 8054[FEMn/KJnxPMR.RYr/8-24-95 snc 5-1
