Should the well(s) be placed adjacent to property owned by someone <br /> other than <br /> the' <br /> owner <br /> of the property requesting this permit, the applicant for this permit shall <br /> submit proof that the property owner adjacent to-the well drilling operation has been <br /> notified of the proposed drilling. Proof may consist of a copy of a letter mailed to the <br /> property owner along with proof of delivery of that letter. <br /> The Revocable Permit application should'be made by, and financial security supplied by, <br /> the party responsible for the permanent maintenance of the well. Usually, the party <br /> responsible is the owner of the site requiring the well. <br /> Following the issuance of the Revocable Permit, an Encroachment Permit must be issued <br /> to allow the actual construction activity within the City right-of-way. The Encroachment <br /> Permit may be issued to whomever is performing the work. The fee for this permit is <br /> $128.00. <br /> Please return al documents to this department for processing.
