PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> NOTICE OF FINDINGS REGARDING <br /> SITE MITIGATION PLAN <br /> I� <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a corrective action plan for <br /> remediation of an underground leaking storage tank site located at <br /> 1210 East Hauaner Lane, , !°in the City of Stockton (APN 094-030-12) <br /> on the southwest cornerilof Hammer Lane, and Kathleen Drive, has <br /> been reviewed by San IJoaquin County Public Health Services, <br /> Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD) . The plan is a proposal f <br /> for mitigation of hazardous substances which contaminated the site <br /> due to unauthorized releases associated with underground storage <br /> tanks (UST) which were located on the property. <br /> San Joaquin ' County Public Health Services, Environmental Health !° <br /> Division, Local UST Oversight Program, has made a tentative <br /> determination that the plan is in compliance with local, State and <br /> Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant work will not <br /> create significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the <br /> benefits to be gained from cleanup of the contamination. <br /> C <br /> The corrective action plan is available for public review at <br /> PHS/EHD, 304 W. Weber Street, Third Floor, Stockton, California, <br /> during normal working hours, 8 : 00 a .m. - 5 : 00 p.m. If a written <br /> request by any member of the public for a public hearing is not <br /> received by PHS/EHD by May 17,- 1996, the tentative decision shall <br /> become final on that date and time. <br /> All requests for public hearings must be filed in writing to <br /> PHS/EHD at P.O. Box 388, �eStockton, 95201 .
