Well Installation Report <br /> FRENCH CAMP GRAIN ELEVATOR <br /> 9504 South Harlan Road,French Camp, California <br /> 1.0. INTRODUCTION <br /> At the request of Ms.Linda Huff of Huff&Huff,Inc.,Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc.(AGE)has <br /> prepared this Well Installation Report for the five (5) wells installed at 9504 South Harlan Road, <br /> French Camp, California(site). The scope of work included: 1)the installation, development, and <br /> well-head survey of two groundwater extraction wells, two groundwater injection wells, and one <br /> ground water monitoring well; 2) groundwater and soil disposal and, 3) preparation of this report. <br /> The site and the surrounding area are illustrated on Figure 1. On-site structures and monitoring well <br /> locations are illustrated on Figure 2. Well construction details the new wells are included as Table <br /> 1. <br /> 2.0. SUMMARY OF SERVICES PROVIDED <br /> Five groundwater wells(four remedial and one monitoring)were installed at the site from 21 through <br /> 26 April 2008 for a groundwater remediation pilot study. A summary of the well installation <br /> activities include: <br /> • The installation,development and well-head survey of two groundwater extraction wells, two <br /> groundwater injection wells and one ground water monitoring well; <br /> • Continuous core soil sampling of two groundwater extraction wells and one groundwater <br /> monitoring well; <br /> • Disposal of well development groundwater and soil cuttings generated during well <br /> installation; <br /> 3.0. PROCEDURES <br /> The field work was performed in accordance with procedures outlined in the Huff&Huff, Inc.- <br /> prepared Well Installation Work Plan dated 01 February 2008 which was approved by the California <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board-Central Valley Region(Regional Board)in their letter dated <br /> 13 February 2008 (Appendix A). The work was performed in accordance with the San Joaquin <br /> County Well Standards. Relevant regulatory correspondences and the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department (EHD)well installation permit are included in Appendix A. <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc. <br />
