Joaquin County Public Health ,Services Environmental Health Division <br />' (PHS/EHD) correspondence dated April 10, 2000.: ATC'_s Workplan Addendum for Additional <br /> Subsurface Investigation at Continental Grain, 1805 Harbor Street, Stockton, California, dated <br /> April 3, 2000 was approved by PHS/EHD on April 10, 2000 with minor modifications. <br /> i <br /> The additional scope of work includes advancing two off site soil borings completing the borings <br /> as'-groundwater monitoring wells, soil and groundwater sampling, laboratory analysis of selected <br /> soil. and groundwater samples, and preparing a summary report. The scope of work is described <br /># in detail in the following paragraphs. <br />( SITE LOCATION <br /> The site is'located on the north side of Harbor Streetand south of the Deep Water Channel in <br /> Stockton,'California, as shown on Figure 1. The location is an industrial area and the site is <br /> h currently occupied by Continental Grain. <br /> BACKGROUND. <br /> In January 1988, two 12,000-gallon.diesel underground storage tank (USTs), one 10,000-gallon <br /> _ gasoline. UST, one 750-gallon UST,'and.all associated piping were removed from the locations <br /> shown on Figure 2.
