The scope of work is described <br /># in detail in the following paragraphs. <br />( SITE LOCATION <br /> The site is'located on the north side of Harbor Streetand south of the Deep Water Channel in <br /> Stockton,'California, as shown on Figure 1. The location is an industrial area and the site is <br /> h currently occupied by Continental Grain. <br /> BACKGROUND. <br /> In January 1988, two 12,000-gallon.diesel underground storage tank (USTs), one 10,000-gallon <br /> _ gasoline. UST, one 750-gallon UST,'and.all associated piping were removed from the locations <br /> shown on Figure 2.
