Harding Way <br /> Stockton, CA., 95204 <br />{ San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division (PHS-EH D), received an <br /> k <br /> incomplete workplan on August 12, 1997 and a letter from you regarding your insurance company <br /> researching whether or not your underground tank was covered under a plan you had secured some <br /> time ago. <br /> PHS-EHD is aware that investigations for underground tanks (UGT) are costly.
