Page 2 <br /> Since we have limited information as to Inland Paint Company's involvement at the site, we ask <br /> that you bring us current at this time. We would like to receive from you, at your earliest <br /> convenience and without limitations,the following: <br /> {1) Copies of all policies afforded 'by Royal Insurance under which Inland Paint <br /> Company is seeking coverage. <br /> (2) Copies of all correspondence any governmental agencies and/or any other third <br /> party in connection with the captioned loss location. <br /> (3) A list of all Inland Paint Company's carriers, years of coverage and their <br /> respective representatives, if known. Please indicate if these carriers have been <br /> placed on notice as well. <br /> (4) A brief narrative indicating Inland Paint Company's relationship, involvement and <br /> activities at the loss location. <br /> (5) Any information indicating the extent of contamination, including the estimates of <br /> cleanup costs, if possible. <br /> (6) Copies of all engineering and/or scientific studies prepared by or on belialf of <br /> Inland Paint Company or any other third party pertaining to soil 'and/or <br /> groundwater contamination at the loss location. <br /> 1 <br /> (7) Any records indicating the types and volumes of waste generated at the site,in <br /> question. In additional, include copies of any records.that indicate the length of <br /> time these disposal practices.took place. <br /> (8) Any other information you feel is relevant or useful in the investigation and <br /> evaluation of this claim. <br /> (9) Any proofs substantiating contamination occurring during the policy period. <br />
