A work plan to over-excavate the new tank pit area
l and to take confirmation soil samples should be included. This corrective action requires an executive
summary and a public participation period of 1 to 30 days prior to implementation. This site is to remain
on an annual groundwater monitoring and sampling schedule with the next report due by September 15,
1994.
