The issuance of this permit by the City does not create any <br /> agency on the part of the permittee , and the permittee will <br /> hold the City of Stockton harmless for any action for damages <br /> arising out of the permitteeIsactivities performed under this <br /> permit . <br /> 6 . Permittee , or his contractor , shall obtain an Encroachment <br /> Permit for the installation of the well ( s ) . <br /> 7 . The completed well head shall be covered with a meter box or <br /> valve box as approved by the City of Stockton . The top of the <br /> box shall be flush with the surrounding ground or pavement . <br /> 8 . The provisions of the State of California , Department of Water <br /> Resources Bulletin 74 - 81 entitled " Water Well Standards : State <br /> of California " shall be applicable to this permit . <br /> 9 . All drilling locations , methods , and well design are to be <br /> approved by the California Department of Health Services and <br /> the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board . <br /> 10 . Drilling operations that create loud noise shall be confined <br /> between the hours of 7 a . m . and 6 p . m . <br /> 11 . Portable mud tanks are to be used . <br /> 12 . Disposal of water from the well development shall be in <br /> accordance with current federal regulations . , <br /> 13 . Blocking or barricading City streets shall : be subject to the <br /> approval of the City Traffic Department . Traffic cones and <br /> warning signs shall be used to direct traffic . <br /> 14 .
