Also VW1 must be identified on the site map.
Feasibility tests should be conducted in order to compare at least two different
remediation alternatives for soil and water clean up at this site.
A Work Plan to determine the lateral and vertical extent of contamination and to conduct
feasibility tests to evaluate remediation methods for this site should be submitted to
PHS/EHD by July 1 1999.
Conduct a complete well survey of domestic, municipal, agricultural, industrial and any
other wells within a 2,000 foot radius of this site. Contact the Department of Water
Resources, municipal water suppliers and nearby industries for well information.
E
Perform a physical search of the area to identify any wells. Show the locations of all
wells, submit any known construction details of the wells. Identify all sources of
information in the well survey report and clearly depict each well location as they relate
to the above referenced site. Discuss conclusions regarding public and environmental
health risks as they relate to the pumping.influence of these identified wells and the
migration and potential impact of the contaminantplume.
Continue quarterly sampling of MWs and analyze samples for Benzene,:Toluene, Xylene,
Ethylbenzene, using EPA Method 8020 and Total Petroleum Hydrocarbon as gas using
EPA method 8015m.
