San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department's (EHD) fees have changed since the letter dated 21 July <br /> 2010 was sent to Stratus Environmental, Inc. The EHD now requires.that.;, you_complete and <br /> submit a Master .File Record (MFR) form along_-with -the appropriate boring/monitoring well <br /> fees. I am including the form as an, attachment. You also, must submit a borin_ g ,permit <br /> application pe'r parcel'. The boring application/inspection. fee_for installing the 4 <br /> injection—wells is $854. The boring application/ inspection fee for installing`_MW=7 off- <br /> site is`$488-;- so the total fee is $1342.
